2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using versewalk, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This includes our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. In addition to these Terms, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to all users who obtain the app via the Apple App Store.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. All financial transactions are subject to the respective Store’s terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use versewalk to post abusive, threatening, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the security of our services.

5. Liability and Warranty

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, versewalk is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall Simeon Liniger be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Swiss Law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Nidau, Switzerland.
